Seriusly, if RKC is doing so good in its TRP ratings, why did they remove the 11pm repeat. If you seriously consider, there is no time when a working person can watch the show except on hotstar. It is repeated at 1.50 am (ridiculous!!) and at 11.30 am. They earlier stopped the repeat at 2.30 pm. Whats wrong with Star Plus.

1.2-1.3 ratings aren't good considering it's time slot 8 pm.. RKC should atleast reach trp 2 to sustain.

If dey r cancelling the repeats means, the show might b under scanner, last promo alone our only hope for increasing the ratings.

I've been reading rumours about RKC being under the scanner. They may be thinking about taking it off air. Like NiklausFan said, 1.2 is not a good rating for that slot. SP doesn't like such ratings. They moved RKC up to 8 PM because at 6 PM it was a slot leader, so they expected it to be a slot leader at 8 PM as well.

They've already stopped showing promos, at least I haven't seen any new ones on their FB page in a while.

Now they're cancelling reruns.

The next step is to start really sticking their leg into the show. We're already seeing that with the slow down, but now they'll try to change the story.

If that doesn't work, then rumours will begin about new shows in the kitty so that they can claim that the show ended because they had other shows lined up that promised new content and better TRPs.

The final step will be to suddenly announce the last date giving RKC PH very little time to wrap up the show nicely.

It's the same with every SP show. The same steps always.

Tu sooraj mein saanj piyaji on star plus had similar trps like RKC since beginning for a long time...but since weeks it has reached 2 ..it was a sudden change I remember(I used to keep an eye on all star plus show trps since the time I fell for RKC). So star plus is expecting similar change for RKC as well, hence they are pushing the RKC team I feel. I am ok with few changes for the sake of trp as long as the content remains intact..I dnt want an abrupt ending at all.

I don't blame star plus here..at the end of the day it's all about business,they are not here for social service.

I blame the audience for not supporting good shows.

Exactly, they shouldn't show rubbish on this show. Like if they suddenly decide to show Baldev romancing Sudha or dancing with her in the rain in front of Lal Mahal, it would increase trps, but the show would no longer be worth watching.

Why people blame star plus for low trp and off air...we are not supporting good shows...they launched it at 6pm slot trp was max 0.8...story was good so they decided to move to 8pm slot...even for 6pm .8 is not good...Tere angne mein had better trps

And 11pm slot is removed for few weeks only...because of Dil sambhal jaa zaara...will be back after show ho off air on 2nd feb

I thought that this is a temporary phase ( DSJZ at 11 PM... it is ending on Feb 2nd ... which means another 15 days max). Has SP confirmed that they have taken off this rerun ?
