I think it's Massisa fake file that she keeps there while mixing poison on the ladoos.

During the whole confrontation, Massisa don't have her file in her hand.

Really good observation! I just watched precap after reading written version. So if that black file lying by Shiv statue is the real formula, is that why Massi sa runs her Palomi chaal to get Uma arrested and demand the real formula?

I don't think Maasisa has any doubt about the formula. May be she has speculated that Uma will not survive even with the antidot as the amount of poison was more ans it had already seeped into his system. When she realized he revived and very much with Kanak, she would have plotted to send him to jail, so that he doesn't harm her later.
