court will not defently move by emotion and it will not give permission to pate marriage

fact is Parth first wife shouravari is alive and Parth and shouravari has not given divorce to each other


so unless Pari give divorce to each other pate marriage will remain iillegal


so if shouravari go to Parth and Parth still want to marry teni without divorcing shouravari then surely Parth is commiting bigamy and marriage is Morally wrong as well as legally wrong too
and it is up to shouravari whether she want to send Parth to jail or mutually give Divorce to Parth and give green signal to pate marriage

and if Parth does not want to marry tenii and accept only shouravari as wife and if still teni want to marry already married man then yeh teni ki jabardasti ki jid hai and totally morally wrong from teni side

so better teni move on and forget Parth and marry to some other unmarried guy. Aman may be best for teni
or teni should go to America
and moreover teni life will not be destroyed even if Parth does not marry her because being a married man Parth can't marry teni and teni can't marry alread married man

and another thing there was no such thing written in surrogate contract that Parth should marry teni

Once a person has been declared dead and a death certificate is issued, which actually has to happen before a person is cremated/buried, to get same person acknowledged alive, legal steps have to be taken. I'd have thought this was obvious??On the show, Shorvori is dead. Has been declared dead, and officially Parth is a widower. So for this to change officially, legal steps must be taken. That's just the way it is.
As to Parth and Teni being shattered, yes they would be. Reasons (I'll list them as per me, aren't I nice) 1) because he has just gotten married to someone else 2) his presumed dead wife has presumably been gravely I'll somewhere and in no condition to advise him of same.
Teni 1) she's gotten married to man whose first wife is still alive 2) she loves her husband, and where does this leave her now?
Of course this is a show, so who knows where they'll go with this. Now, as to 'have they shown it' eh, why should they? This is a show, not real life! Death certificates AFAIK aren't bandied about on screen!
I'm sure any further objections to the contents of my post be clarified by the producers.

why u go on saying shouravari is dead , shouravari is dead . she is not dead .she is alive and Parth is not officially widower
in fact he is not at all widower
why do u want to proove such thing which is not at all shown in serial

No, she's not dead. We the viewers know that, but not her family on the show! They think she's dead.

What legal & illegal story is now crossed all these

suppose if shouravari go Infront of Parth and Parth come to know that shouravari is alive if Parth still want to marry teni then why not Parth teni marriage is illegal
