Parth Teni marriage- illegal

If Shorvari is alive then Teni and Parth's marriage is invalid. So don't know why this marriage track is even happening?

You all are forgetting (or deliberately don't want to remember) that in fact the marriage is perfectly legal as Shorvori was declared dead. I'm sure there's a death certificate somewhere, so as far as the show is concerned, the marriage is legal.
Shorvori will have to appear before her in-laws so they can legally reverse it before the marriage can be declared invalid.
What that means for Teni, the new bride, well, lots of moola obviously, as she should then take Parth to the cleaners for misrepresentation. Of course, this won't happen, as both Teni and Parth will be shattered, and lots of millions will be given to her as apology. To tell the truth, both women would be given a place in that house. He will in effect land up with two women as once and future wives. The Bhanushali's love Teni very much, they won't want to lose her. Parth will then be under tremendous pressure- he made promises to Teni, when she gave him the opportunity to withdraw from the to be marriage.
What a dilemma! I'm curious to see how it's resolved!

Why should Parth be shattered for Teni? He loved Shorvori very much, and he would definitely be happy to see her back. Even now he is saying that he is marrying Teni just for Shorvori's sake.

Bhanushalis love Teni doesn't mean they will keep both the women in house as Parth's wives. I am sure they are aware of laws😆 Even if they favour Teni over Shorvori as they always did, they CAN'T deny Shorvori of her rights, because she is the legally married wife of Parth, and not Teni.

Yeah, two women living under the same roof as wives of the same man will be very entertaining situation indeed! I am also looking forward to see Teni living in the house as Parth's mistress, unfortunately that is all that her fans want to see her doing😲

Its funny how everything has to be assumed when it comes to teni's welfare..
That parth was in love with her(i doubt him being in love with her now also), that she is the actual mother of ipshita..that shorvari was dead and would never return..and the marriage of hers with the guy is now legal even when the wife has returned ..everything is assumptions only..nothing factual...teni's whole life seems to be running on assumptions now..
