There is a deep connection between Shiv and the snow. He is the winter child. Shiv as a baby was left to freeze in Kapali hills near Devi maa temple. The irony is he was even buried in the snow after being dead. plus Winter effects like Snow, wind, ice serves as his weapon. His body became white as snow after his death ( yeah! thats because he's buried in snow). The snow protected shiv as a baby and after his death his corpse from getting decayed ( yes snow protects the body from getting decayed) but there's a deep connection between Shiv and Snow. Shiv visits Devi maa's temple however worse the snowfall is. That reminds me of Jon Snow. š
