Honestly the worst line today was 'I wish I could remember the old days So I could help you Chakor'...why is such careless script/lines given to Suraj.

You don't need memories to help another human, especially one who has treated you like a human and much nicer than you deserve or anyone has in the past few years.

That should have been enough to help her...why is so much stress put on remembering the past 🤢 ...he seems to have no concept off anything tbh much less humane actions/reactions.

He is neither the first evil Suraj who had no morality compass but had a charm and was not a one dimensional character and had the ability to think for himself nor any Suraj we've seen since then. What kind of memory loss is this that gave me him a new (mostly no) personality?

I wish for once Suraj would be written sensibly. I know they're trying to drag the track and not give him his memories back so soon but I wish they would skip such stupid lines, they can drag it all they want but atleast make Suraj make sense as a character.

That line made me angry so I'm just venting... yes having memories and knowing who you are is very helpful but that doesn't mean you become a demon w/o memories and have no sense of anything 🤢

Ahlaam i have not seen the episode so i wont comment about suraj and his dialogues yet
But i agree a human doesnt need to help another human for a reason. Chakor has been the only one out there, protecting him and caring for him, how can he overlook that completly?

What pissed me more is, asking Chakor If she know anything about the piece of cloth? 😕 after all the chaos he created in her life, all he wanted to know is what he forgot, who better than Chakor can give him the information..Ohh God !! some sensible writing, atleast for once..He is the ML after all..🤓

Divya i kind of expected this from the precap itself yesterday. In the precap he was so casual in going up to her, looking into her eyes and talking to her. He had no guilit or remorse what so ever.
Chagan is more like a hero now. Same writers are writing for him too, but see the progress

Ahlaam just saw the scene. I agree with your views completly.
They have totally messed up his character while every other character makes sense in the same show

Beyond my understanding

Their reliance on his memory loss to justify his character is bewildering... they need to stop using 'memory loss' as a crutch to explain him. Every other character has motives, dreams...something to make them relatable.

His blind wafadari to Hyar makes zero sense and at some point they'll have to give a good reason beyond memory loss. The only thing that would make sense at this point if this was not Suraj but some look alike but they're definitely going down that root so I dunno where they're going with him as a character except to use him as plot device.😕

In normal circumstances I would agree with the fact that one doesn't need memorys for help someone. But I think that this dialogue by Suraj was to show his inner conflict. Plus it was his dialogue while he was imagining Chakor which makes me more convinced in this. I think makers are trying to show Suraj as someone who has huge sense of quilt and confusion on his mind. The quilt and all what he is feeling after his sinful act made his unconscious to accept that maybe Chakor was right. Maybe somewhere deep in side him he started to recognise her. Not that he started to recognise her as his wife, as his love but as a good human being. Because he cant understand how he can do something like this to girl who saved him, who cared for him so he is constantly recollecting memories he has and finds her as a good person. That's why "so I could help you". He thinks he needs his memories because they will enable him to "brake the chains" of his loyalty towards Hyar. Why brake chains of his loyalty... There comes on my mind what Girja said to Chakor, that he is nervous and in bad mood whenever market day comes. The fact is he did participated in Hyars doings but it doesn't need to mean that he approved it, and there is something really powerfull what makes him completely loyal.
About part of clothes and his question, I must say that Chakor's expressions when she noticed it was so intense that maybe even I would ask do you recognise it if someone is looking at it that way.
Disclaimer: this is how I would like it to be, and I hope it is. But I was wrong before, maybe I'm again.

I feel he is not able to think like a normal person does.
He lacks perception may be because of his brain damage.
He sees everything and feels something but not able to anaylse or interpret the situation fully.
Only half of his brain functioning.
Like he trained to obey Hyar,he doing it.
Now he is thinking about only what Chakor had talk to him so far.She asked only one thing that try to remember past.
He knows only that and can't able to think beyond that.
He know what he done to Chakor is wrong but definitely not realizing the depth of it and the damage and the hurt he gave to her.
I think CVS want to write this way because if he can think straight then he will not behave like robot.
Now strong feeling of guilt and regret push him to think little more than before.
At first Chakor affected him but he not ready to believe it but now he wants to think about it.
So once he starts to think with belief, and he push himself then his cells will get stimulated again and there will be changes after that.
This is what I felt after watching it.

I dunno what these writers are on when they're writing for Suraj...Suraj willingly takes punishment for Hyar who treat him worse than a jungli animal but the one person who has been kind to him and he doesn't hesitate for more than 2 seconds.

Seems like these writers brain has gone on holiday...even jungli animals show more kindness than him when you treat them nicely.

@bold
watch the scene for a second time. ..
when Chakor approached Suraj, the way he closed his eyes and turned away before looking into her eyes ,the best five seconds of the entire episode.
