Mayb Ali wants her to leave Neil n run away im guessin.. i havent seen the olv thou.. al tat Ali thinks of is always his friend Avni.. i think hes angry wit her regardin Neil

my guesses-

I think Avni is in a hospital gown because she got injured too, there is a video with her and Jahaan and you see her hands are bandaged so that could explain the gown but no clue why Ali is upset

but i hope its option 1. i really want avni to be shown as smart and shrewd. i loved the beginning of the post leap track where she could predict peoples moves, anticipate things and be prepared. i want to see that avni

It could be they are putting on an act because I don't think Ali would be mad at Avni for saving Neil. In the videos shared by the cast Ali is there when Avni saves Neil so Avni must have told him before about what is going on. Plus you have Vidyut at the hospital so I am sure that would make Ali suspicious. I would love if it were an act, it is like you said Avni is smart and all that time spent anticipating the move of everyone cannot go to waste if anything this is the time to put it to good use.
