Rajan's elder brother's son. Most possibly from his first wife. Probably after his father remarried, he stayed away from his family. Or was a loner and hence his interest in music (am assuming he likes music). Maybe from his father's side of extended family, he cared only for Madhvi. She might have been a mother figure to him.

I think Shiv is Madhvi's son. In a precap Vyom mentioned Shiv as his bhai but later they have edited that. So there is a chance that may be they are changing the plot. This is a murder mystery. To keep viewers confused and TRP high they will keep changing the story... so no idea what will happen next.

May be he was just orphan and she went to ask him give up on Sharanya for Vyom.

Don't think any relationship they shared, cause she is not worried or concerned for him now. 😒
