It's confusing at this stage.. this can be scene from next ween whafter Arjun sameer fight. And tomo nothing will happen..nobody will go to hospital.. tomo fainting of sameer will just bring nanu on board as he will be worried for sameers health and want to solve his problem.. this was he gives sameer an idea about going to nainas house as servant. Randeep did mention that it's nanu s idea something..

Actual hospital scene can be for Arjun only.. 😡

Seems like the first old spoiler or u can say rumour that Sameer will be in the hospital and Naina will come to see him but not accept his apology is on the way maybe
Or maybe Sameer will just faint and be alright and then the other drama will continue

I don't think they'll show Naina crying so much for Sameer and then Sameer crying with her and trying to console her

The CVs are way ahead of time and thus have a lots of bank episodes .. that's why actors were given leave on New Years and early pack up for a couple of days.
