Anant tearing the Divorce Papers....Good or Bad?

As we can see from the latest episode's precap, Anant reads some pages from Aahana's diary and then tears some papers. I reckon they are the divorce papers by looking at the colour of the papers.

My doubt is as I haven't watched the original serial I have no clue regarding the relationship between Adnan and the Turkish version of Aahana (Pardon me but I cannot remember their names) before or after the abortion?

So Anant tearing his divorce papers is a good sign for the Rehaan Aahana track and will it act as a catalyst to the storyline?

And as Anant now tears his divorce he won't ask his lawyers to prepare another ones right after he comes to know about Ahana's abortion? Or will he?
