When did Rehaan fall in love with Ahana?

Hey guys, I have missed a few episodes. Did anything happen before that hypnotherapy session which suggested that Rehaan is growing a liking for Ahana?

I remember he used to flirt with her but that was more in a playful, friendly manner. I can't remember if he showed any signs of seriously growing a liking for Ahana. How is it now that he is imagining her and fantasizing romancing her. What have I missed about Rehaan and Ahaana's equation?

Also does Ahana genuinely love Anant? She didn't marry him because she loved him. Later on I felt she was trying to be a good wife but does she really love Anant or she thinks she loves him because they are man and wife ?

Theyl promo scenes are not shown on the show till now. Rehaan is attracted to ahana but dont think he is in love with her. The attraction is basically coz she is the only girl who never gave him any importance.

As of now ahana herself thinks she is in love with anant. But her rushing the marriage is definitely to get back at her mother but she is not accepting it..
