Bigg boss did not say they are captains. He just said they will be handling the house. And it is obvious too that BB is not stupid to save 3 contestants from nominations.

I don't think so. Vikas can't beat Hina (IMO) and maybe Shilpa may win but I don't see it happening TBH.

I actually see Hina and Luv as top two. Shilpa may replace Luv depending on how the game progresses.
