Vidyut is a criminal. Avni helps in his criminal activities as her late father passed this legacy to her. Vidyut lusts Avni but Avni somehow always manages to prevent him from taking advantage of her.
Neil is a police officer who is after Vidyut since a long time. One day when he is about to catch Vidyut red handed, Avni appears in the nick of time and ruins Neil's plan. Neil is shocked to see a beautiful girl saving Vidyut from his clutches. Neil decides to collect evidences against Vidyut through Avni. Neil approaches Avni and tries to be friendly with her but Avni resists his advances. Slowly Neil starts falling for her and Avni also allows him to come close to her. They make out frequently. On the other hand ,unaware of growing closeness between Neil and Avni, Vidyut is preparing for his marriage with Avni.
One of Neil's subordinates, who work for Vidyut, learns about Neil and Avni's relationship and create some fake evidences to get Avni jailed. He informs Avni that Neil has instructed him to arrest her. Avni feels ditched by Neil and is heart broken. Neil is out of the city when he learns about Avni's arrest. Before he could reach Avni, Vidyut bails Avni out and take her directly to marriage altar. Before the priest could start chanting hymns, Avni faints. A doctor is called who informs Avni is pregnant. Vidyut boils with anger and asks doctor to arrange for abortion. From the back-end Neil , overhears Vidyut and doctor's conversation, reaches the room where Avni is resting, chloroforms her and abducts her and takes her to his home. After Avni regains consciousness, she is starts shouting at Neil for using her. Neil tries to pacify her and after a lot of efforts they finally patch up and kiss.
