The priestess said a Sharanya had a dewana who used to come to Mandir with her and their kismat is connected. I am not sure she saw the face of Vyom or not.Because Vyom never went to that temple...so was that Shiv or Vyom.
I don't think Shiv and Sharnya were married. May be Shiv was a secret admirer whom she met after that accident before going to college and they became friends. After that what happened is a mystery. I don't think CVs yet decided to write anything about that ...😳😆 So there is no prediction from me. Their story , their serial. If Shiv is evil or Vyom is evil or both are victims of Rajan...I'm alright, if Sharanya is the criminal behind all the evils ( as per mataji)...I'm alright. So enjoying it. 😊
