In reality if anyone suffers from a partial amnesia they don't remember anything...not even the feelings...it's complete blank... cinema n serial add the Dil Ka Rishita to spice up the plot n for cinematic experience
Normal people gets scared by a ghost...
Vyoom is possessed...n until now they haven't shown that shiv is trying to kill ram or whom sadhvi is referring is vyoom...it's an open plot.so the intention is not clear...that is what makes it interesting to watch...n not the silly senti scenes...or romance... people get bored of it very fast.
It's a thriller...so if what is shown as of now is the plot...then it doesn't qualify to be a thriller...so inorder to keep the excitement they will introduce Various open plots...
It's better not to apply too much logic...cz writer can write anything...
