So good it was, I didn't even feel like getting up and going to the loo till the break came. Tonight's episode was EVERYTHING! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
There was not just one person to who the episode belonged to, there was team effort and it showed!

Rajan sure is the extremely toned down, Desi version of Ramsay Bolton...and that's probably the highest compliment I'm capable of giving this character!
His expressions were outright dangerous! 😲

Coming to the episode, it was full of chills and thrills. I feel like we won't be hearing Shiv talk till the Maha episode.
So, as expected, the prints on the murder weapon doesn't match that of Rajan's prints. But still the piece of evidence has scared Rajan senseless...why so? And it's not like he's scared for someone else, he is scared for himself...he clearly said that HE will rot in jail if the truth comes out. So what exactly does Rajan has to do with the soiled clothes and knife?
On top of that, we have Shanny's hand-written letter to her father. She was in some sort of trouble. Did she get to know something about Rajan via Shiv or she was simply scared of Shiv himself? The Father never said that he had to stop the marriage, he just said there's a huge danger hanging over her head like a sword- who is the danger? Shiv or Rajan? Only if it was Vyom would the Father have said that he needs to stop the marriage.

I really, really wanted a scene like this. I know it wasn't his fault but I also knew that if he comes to know about it, he would be aghast with the news. In yesterday's episode itself, he was ashamed to even meet Sharanya's gaze. I absolutely lovveeddd the way Vikram conveyed Vyom's pain, helplessness, guilt, disgust and self-loathing so beautifully. Never for once overdoing it.
His voice kept breaking in-between. He hated his own hands, his own body to have been the reason behind her torment. He hated himself to have let a spirit overpower his true self and commit all those heinous acts.
He was scared. So scared, he made Sharanya promise something which may seem extremely selfish to a third person, like me (or any viewer with some logic, if you ask me), but it was the only thing that looked remotely like a lifeline to him. He wanted her to be his, even after his death (He needs to stop talking about death so much. Mujhe tension ho rahi hain ).
Yes it was selfish, but was it surprising? Not at all. We all have witnessed Vyom's character arc all this while, and unlike Sharanya, he is a selfish person, unapologetically so. So it would be foolish to expect him to be a regular lover boy...he is anything but that.
What's more, I wasn't even surprised with Sharanya's promise. Maybe it'd have surprised me, some 20 episodes ago, but off lately, I have grown used to her deewaangi as much as that of Vyom's. It wasn't done to pacify him, it wasn't done to free him of guilt...she meant it. She meant that "I promise".
His love for her is her empowerment. Her love for him is his saviour.
