1st one: who is performing the puja in the temple?

My guess - someone linked to the Vaidya. There is clearly a very advanced CGI effect that's probably needs the sophistication of someone like him

2nd one: What happened to Sheru?

My guess: he was traumatised by something he saw when he was younger and this has affected his mental balance

vaidya is the spectacled man right? who went somewhere in a high class car and has bodyguards ? yes maybe he has arranged the CGI effect.
I think Sheru was lost in the jungle for sometime so became like that

I think the vaidya is.a grey character and he can b involved in the temple matter. Probably he is the one behind the cgi effects and also i guess he is smuggling some old antiques from the temples hidden part. Remember the temple was lot more bigger And part of it vanished overnight??? I guess this guy knows the secret. If not full at least part of it.

Deaths and the entry secret is. Certainly known by the sarpanch and shakti devi. And also their secret chelas :P

Poor daata thakur is just behind the power for temple rites while probably dont even know the full truth behind everything... Buhaha
