I do think Gauri slayed but not because she bajaoed Haina, but because she put across her point very gracefully and very respectfully told Hina that she doesn't have the right to drag her personal letter to her husband in her arguments. Because Hina was completely in the wrong when she did that. She could have expressed her displeasure with Hiten's actions in many different ways but dragging Gauri into it was just in extremely poor taste. I know it's a reality show so the letter may be fair game, but human decency disagrees.
Anyway, the notion that "slaying" only means waat lagana is ridiculous. You also slay when you make bang on arguments in a dignified manner. Which Gauri totally did.

In your dreamsGauri did not do all the drama you have written above. She just said her personal conversation wasn't for EVERYBODY to analyse. She meant EVERYONE and just not Hina.Hina was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT about Hiten behaving like a chamcha. Enough?

when that note arrived, Hiten read it out aloud for everyone to consume, housemates and audience.
Gauri should have told her husband that the letter was personal. Why use Hina as scapegoat. As for Hina mentioning the letter, it was hardly a secret nor was it in poor taste. It was the truth about Hiten. If Gauri truly wanted to handle it gracefully then she should have been honest and said to Hina, thank you for reminding Hiten of my message. And left it at that. Why, because the message is the elephant in the room. There is no denying that everyone thinks Hiten should be more vocal or more dominant. By behaving as if the public message is now personal, Gauri is just making more of a fool of herself and her husband. Plus she's proving hina's Point that Hiten now needs his wife to talk for him.
