2017 has been an eventful which has affected every aspect of the world be it real or virtual.Indian Television is no exception.This year several shows came and several went by.However there was one show which turned the tide and smashed every record into pieces.There was one show which left an everlasting mark on the face of this year.
That show is none other than Mahakaali Anth Hi Aarambh Hai.This show has been the first of many things.This was the first mytho from the point of view of Mahakaali.
The first mytho to top the TRP charts and so on.
Today I am very proud to share with all my friends over here that our show Mahakaali has featured in the list of the Top 5 shows of the year.And it is the first mytho ever to make it to the list.It is the first of its kind to achieve this feat.
There are many factors which ensure the success of a show.The writing,the direction,the visuals,the promotions and above all the acting.I have seen people pointing out that the visuals and graphics of the show were faulty.Some people had problems with the writing while some with the cast.The channel itself was negligent in promoting the show.
However despite all the adversities and critcisms this show rose to be one of the best shows of 2017.It did what no other mytho with its VFX and promotions has done before.Like a phoenix it sustained and rose of out of the ashes more magnificent than ever.
The credit for the show's success goes to everyone who has put effort behind it.However I will especially mention those two people who have put in their sweat,blood and tears to make this show a success.They are the two strong pillars on whose shoulders this show stands.They are the faces of this show who have given everything to it.They are the heart and soul of the show.They are two of the most powerful,versatile and phenomenal actors this industry has ever seen.
They are Pooja Sharma and Sourabh Raaj Jain.
Pooja.What can I say about this girl??All the words in my dictionary will be less to praise her and all the praises in the world will fall short.The girl who took everyone by a storm as Draupadi made a comeback like a hurricane as Mahakaali. Mahakaali,Parvati,Sati,Lalita,Matsya Parvati,Kamakhya,Tara and many more to come.All of these characters were portrayed by her.Yet all of them were different from each other because she made it so.She added life to every character she played and she will continue to do so.She defined perfection in every aspect of Maa Shakti.I have been told this by many and I believe it too.Pooja was chosen by Maa Durga Herself to portray all the forms of the Divine Mother and she is blessed.
SRJ.When the news about SRJ playing Mahadev was revealed the reaction differed from person to person.Some were overjoyed,some were critical while some were apprehensive on whether he who had portrayed Lord Krishna so flawlessly could justice to Mahadev or not?SRJ let his work speak for himself.He proved that he is flawless in not one but every character he choses to play.He is like water which is not confined to a particular character.He becomes the character he plays.He defines his characters not vice versa.Be it Krishna or Mahadev,SRJ is perfect in all of them.
Another important factor which contributes to a show's success is the chemistry between the lead pair.If anything is wrong with the lead pair then everything can go wrong.But Pooja and SRJ (or PooRabh as they are popularly known) created magic whenever they were in the same frame together.Their chemistry is beyond words and that chemistry became the cherry on top of the cake.Its eternal.No other pair has been able to bring out the timeless love which existed between Shiv and Shakti in such a beautiful manner before them.
I am proud to call myself a Pooja fan,an SRJ fan and a fan of PooRabh as a pair.
These two have left no stone unturned to ensure that Mahakaali is a success.
A standing ovation to them.
