No, RP's words I quoted clearly indicate that she said that juhi pretended to be in love with vidyut so that she could escape from RM and go back to neil. That means the fake love happened during those five years after her death was staged, because that is the only way to explain juhi being pregnant with mishti and neil believing the child is his because if she had a relationship with vidyuth before meeting neil, then how can she convince neil that she conceived mishti on the night of their engagement, 2 days before her fake death? Clearly we all and even people having reviewed the episode misinterpreted what RP said about juhi faking love for vidyut.
Vidyuth and juhi conceiving mishti, Neil believing juhi's words that misthi was conceived on the night of their engagement, including her discovering her pregnancy in RM can only be explained if juhi, after being kidnapped by RP and having her death faked, and wanting to escape from RM made the plan of faking love with vidyut, including getting intimate with him so that she could win his trust to get out of RM and back to neil. Even juhi had said during the RM track to avni as well as ali that she has tried many times to escape from rang mahal and failed, and she eventually broke. One of her attempts is possible the fake love act. Other than this explanation, nothing about the convo implied that juhi faked love with vidyuth before meeting neil, and only said that she did all that to go back to neil.
