I think it is Hilsha too but the other dish looked like egg korma to me.But they also had three types of fruits. Seriously speaking does yellow pulao go well with Hilsha? Hilsha I think goes well with white pulao. Anyways they need knowledge of how Bengalis actually arrange their dishes.
