Yes voting will make a winner but voting on VOOT ( right nah!) and that trend has not been revealed. Besides Endemol and Colors will pick and choose too. I doubt they will choose Shilpa after telecasting/uploading her torture videos. Besides HMs ke total dislike wale candidate ko toh bilkul jeeta nahi sakte nah, bias will be glaring.
