LAST PART
Ishru listened the heartbeat of baby and giggled together Raman was admiring his both angles while her doctor friend was happy to see ishita finally getting her share of happiness . Soon the sonography session was over . Doctor saw the reports and informed that everything is alright and baby's growth is normal .Ishraru got haply hearing this , after taking medicines for ishita all moved towards the mall nearby as per there plan.Soon they got busy in their shopping .
They picked some big size Kurtis for ishita as now her stomach is visible , then they bough some cloths for ruhi and then for Raman also .They bought something or another for everybody as they have been in shopping after long .Infant cloths and small baby things were attracting ruhi and Raman they so wanted to buy some cloths , booties and small bed for the baby but ishita stopped them ,saying its not good to buy things for unborn baby . After much instance ruman were able to stop themselves as those things were too cute and were fascinating them.After that they went to the restaurant which was in mall itself . They had their lunch and then ordered ice cream ,Raman completed his ice cream and called Mihir to know about office activities while ishru were still having their ice cream .Raman gave his card to ishita for paying the bills as he was going out to talk to Mihir . Ishita paid the bills after completing their ice cream while Raman was still busy in phone . Ishita picked all the bags in one hand ,held ruhis hand in another and walked out of the restaurant .
Raman completed his call in jiffy , seeing ishita holding somany bags in one hand .He almost ran to her but before he reaches ishru ,Ishita's saree got stuck in her sandal and she was about to fall but Raman caught her in nick of time . He ask her checking from top to bottom " ishita you are ok na , kuch hua to nahi ."
She just shook her head negatively and hugged him time ,getting frightened of the incident . Raman too hugged her back ,ruhi too hugged his legs ,he held her too ,then took the bags from ishita and slowly the trio came out of the mall ,settled in their car and drove towards their home .Raman told ruhi not to tell this incident to anyone as dadi and pati will over react in this . Ruhi like a intelligent Bachcha got her father's point and promised not to tell the same to anybody . Soon the trio reached to their home ,all were waiting for them to seethe ultrasound of ishita . Ruhi took the charge to tell everyone about the baby ,she showed the reports to everybody and explained everything exactly as doctor has explained to her .
All were too happy to know they everything is fine ,toshiji even declared that ruhi will become Doctor in future as she understood everything so nicely and also explained same to everyone clearly ,all agreed with her .Everybody were enjoying their time with ruhi while she was go on explaining each and everything .Ishita has already gone to her room for resting ,Raman too saw everybody busy in talking ruhi and went to ishita .He held Ishita and make her sit in the bed and scolded " now rest , you will not go anywhere ".
I- sorry na Raman ,ruhi told that ...
R- ishita ruhi bachchi hai ,but you are not .Had you ever thought what your little carelessness would caused .
I- I meant it Raman ,I m so sorry. See I m still shivering . when my leg slipped ,I closed my eyes feeling the worst stopping my breath and i took the breath when you held me . Till now I was not realizing and feeling the changes in me ,but today I felt that I m not the same old ishita ,who can do anything of her own, but I m changed .A new life is breathing inside me ,our symbol of love .
R- that's what I m saying ,he is not a ordinary baby a very special one,mine, your, amma appa ,ma papa ruhi bahut logo ki umeedein judi hai isse.we can't afford to loose him .
Ishita nodded, hugged him tight and asked " he will be ok na ,use kuch hua to nahi hoga na ,he is very small ."
Her eyes got teary completing her sentence ,Raman hugged her right and consoled ",shush.. Ishita ,don't cry ,this much stress is not good for you .you read and sleep for sometime ."
I- should we go to Doctor and consult her .
R- that's not needed but I will talk to her and will try ,if she can come and see you .but before that you sleep .
I- you will pakka talk to her na .
R- yeah .
I- bhoolna mat .
R- no ,I m just calling her,you close your eyes .
Ishita closed her eyes while Raman took out his phone to talk to doctor , ishita didn't heard any conversation and opened her one eye to check if he is calking or not ,that's when he started talking ,she got up slowly and walked to him . She was interrupting him while he was talking to doctor ,finally being irritated ,he passed the phone to her and spoke " tu hi bata le ".
She took the phone making a puppy face while Raman who was mad at her because of her interruption, smiled seeing her puppy face .Ishita got relaxed after talking to doctor when she told that the baby would be alright and also she assured that she will come to check ishita in evening . Raman make ishita sleep after taking to doctor and went change.Later in evening ,the doctor came, checked ishita and assured that everything is alright making Ishra relaxed fully .
Time started passing with its own pace ,now Ishita was seven months pregnant ,toshiji organized big baby shower ceremony for ishita . She even called subbu and his mom in the ceremony ,to make them jealous . Ruman were beside Ishita all the time ,so that subbu or his mom couldn't come near ishita and talk rubbish to her . Subbu's mother trued sometime but seeing ruhi's jkr mode she chose to be away from ishita . All enjoyed the ceremony ,while ishita was overwhelmed to witness all this happiness ,blessings and gift as going to be mother .She always dreamt about this ,witnessing others baby shower ceremony but never thought that someday it will be true ,she herself will experience all this .
Raman was sitting beside her when he noticed the wetness in her eyes ,he asked signalling "what's it ",she shook her head negatively ,denying that its nothing . He came closer and told " ishita if you are tired you come and rest for sometime ".
I- Thank you so much Raman .
R- why ?
I- because of you I m witnessing this day .
R- keep your thank you with yourself either if I will start ,a long list will get ready of thanksgiving . I was all alone ,a rude lone man ,you filled my life with happiness ,so madam it should be me who should thank you ,not you .
I- kuch bhi .
R- kuch bhi nahi sab kuch ,you are everything to me ,so stop thanking me every time .
Saying so he pulled her in a side hug . Soon the function ended and Raman took Ishita to their room .Time started passing but next one and half month was very much difficult for ishita ,she has grown fat due to continuous resting .She even face difficulty in walking due to her bulgy stomach , moreover someday or another she has some problems ,someday she has pain in stomach ,someday on back or legs ,someday she will feel like throwing up ,someday she will feel acidity but she was ok with everything as she was getting the most precious gift of her life .
Finally the day has come ,in the morning ishraru were sleeping ,Ruman were sleeping cuddled into each other while ishita was sleeping taking almost half of the bed ,suddenly ruhi turned that's when ishita's labout pain started ,she screamed out of pain and listening to her pain Raman too got up .He saw ruhi sleeping near to ishita and thought that may be ruhi has kicked him . Ishita even in sleep denied and said that its labour pain not because of ruhi . Soon she was rushed to hospital while other family members also reached the hospital as soon as possible.Doctor examined ishita and that the time had not yet come for delivery ,it will take some more hours . Ishita got admitted in the hospital , mothers were at her side while Ruman were too worried to see ishita tossing and turning in pain .Ruhi even started crying,she was scared about ishita ,she asked to Raman " why ishima is in so much pain ,unhe kuch hoga to nahi . I want my ishima back ".
R- no baby she is will ok soon .
Raman anyhow calmed Ruhi down while ishita was taken to labour room .All sat out of the labour room and were waiting for good news while ruman were walking to and fro in tension ,ruhi was even asking how much time she have to wait further for baby while toshiji and amma were saying her to wait for some more time .
Finally they heard the cry of baby and got happy ,all waited for nurse to come and give them baby but to their bad luck it was other family's baby ,nurse gave the baby to them while ruman glared nurse for giving baby to them when she told that its not their baby .After sometime they again heard the cry and walked happily towards the door but stopped and waited for nurse to come out . This time nurse went to them and announced its a baby girl ,she asked who will hold the baby ,ruhi immediately raised her hands saying she will take the baby when toshiji forwarded her hands .The nurse gave baby to toshiji , and went ,she saw Raman who was admiring baby with teary eyes ,Toshiji showed baby to him and signalled him to take her in his hand . He took the baby very gently and kissed forehead of little angel while she yawned ,stretched her little hands and legs and slept again. All were happily seeing the baby while ruhi was waiting for her turn making a grumpy face . Raman saw this and signalled his mother to give baby to ruhi ,toshiji smiled and nodded .
Toshiji made ruhi sit folding her legs in the bed of Ishita's room and kept the baby on ruhi's lap . She got too happy to hold the baby ,she looked at baby then her dadi then Raman and spoke giggling " papa see her hands and legs are so chotu ,she is too cute dekho kitni choti hai ."
All nodded listening to her ,Raman told his mother to be with ruhi and baby till he go and check ishita . He went and asked for Ishita ,the nurse told that she us alright and they will be shifting her to hee room shortly . He nodded and went ,soon ishita was brought to the room . All went back to home while toshiji and ruman were there with ishita. After much time ishita woke ,she called Raman ,Ruman went to her and before raman tell ,ruhi informed ishita that she got a baby sister . Ishita,saw raman and he nodded ,Raman supported her and make her sit while toshiji brought baby and gave her to ishita .She got too happy to see her baby in her arms ,she kissed her forehead and saw Raman with happy tears . He pressed her hand and spoke " yes jaan our baby ,our symbol of love ."
Ishita rested her head on his shoulder and spoke smiling dreamingly " our bundle of joy ".
When ruhi spoke " ishima Maine iska naam bhi socha hai ".
