what if avni and neil are already aware of paternity truth as it was shown in a previous episode that neil asked avni's accomplices to run the test in a private lab since that report never made it to neil's hands he might have called up and asked for results and came to know the truth and avneil are just working on a bigger plan to finally catch RP VR and juhi( the B word) in such a bad spot that they cannot get away with things anymore. But since avni's childhood pain has been stirred up she is getting caught up in her feelings and not thinking straight . Fingers crossed
