Food for thought : What if Avni got pregnant?

So this is just a hypothetical situation & something random that just popped inside my head.


We all know that the family insinuates Mishti is Neil's Daughter and in the coming episodes, we see how Bebe is being blackmailed to make Neil get married to Chuhi (lol though the idea is fully absurd but anyway)

So the basis of it all is: Giving Mishti a happy family and make people not deem her to be illegitimate. She gets to have Mom and dad's love, yada yada.

Now my point: We know Avni and Neil haven't consummated their marriage yet, but the family doesn't right ?
For them AvNeil are a couple married over a year so it is natural to presume they have an active sex Life too, meaning any given day, it won't be a surprise if Avni turns pregnant!

So for argument's sake, even if Neil marries Chuhi for Mishti's sake and Avni has to walk out, what would one do if Avni is legally carrying the heir of the Khannas ?
On what basis then can the family even think of letting a 1 year+ marriage which can anyday bloom into a family of three (or four if AvNeil have twins 😛 ) end just because an ex gf comes into the picture and her child has to be given the Khanna Name and for that sake, the already married guy has to marry this yahoo! ?

Thoughts anyone?

U have a point.!!
And more importantly he loves his wife and wants to be with her whether pregnant or not.
And anyway they are legally married.!


If its just matter of giving Mishti a surname, i would prefer Adoption than Juhi Neil Marriage any time. The added benefit is Mishti already love Avni as a mother. Sab kuch clear hai boss.!

Juhi can shift to a nearby separate single appartment and play ratty rat there. Cant she do this much sacrifice for her beloved daughter.??

Neil has made it legit clear time and again he doesn't have anything to do with miss Ratty rat . I know he will be blackmailed 🥱 So I guess adoption will be much better than putting up wedding drama for sake of a surname .

If going by CVs out of the box creativity then they'll bring back Avni, the ex and start the pati, patni aur voh storyline.. 😆 And this time the emotional blackmail will be to give Mishti a brother i.e. Pillu which is in Avni's tummy.. 🤣 Just like Avni's Aman🤪

And that is what makes this whole sham of a marriage between ChuNeil so moot, if we even choose to ignore the fact that Neil is wholeheartedly committed to his wife and loves only her!

Dont want Avneil to be parents anytime soon or adopt Mishti.

We already know Mishti is not Khanna. There is no chance of adoption.!

Remembering some old days where they just consider the woman as an object and make her marry the rapist because she's got no other options in life..
