No, it was not Shiv, who restarted Vyom's heart beat but they were sharanya's tears, which fall on his hand and he came back. While watching the scene i was actually wishing such scene, but it was badly executed... it was like with Rapunzel's tears Eugene came back to life... such an awesome scene it was😳

If someone came back after his death and his soul is not in peace it means his death is not natural. So he came to take revenge now the thing who is responsible for his death & why he is angry with Sharanya, dis he betrayed him & same time he is angry with Vyom also.

It's not he came to get married Sharanya with vyom and his soul would rest in peace.

Ring may be he used to wear always so when he died it was in his hand so he continued wearing it even after death

I ,love his all shayaris, and i think there might be some sort of mu between shiv and sharanya in past which is not cleared yet because of sharanya losing memory and shiv death , that is why he wants revenge,
