What will make Sameer change ?

The vibe the promo gave out for me is Sameer is that he is trying to put a band-aid for the situation just like the situation that happened during his birthday party. He and his friends were afraid that Naina overheard the bet thing during the birthday party. Obviously, the promo is from Naina's perspective. I am assuming from the promo that she has found out about the bet from someone else. With the guilt that they showed him today, maybe for all we know, Sameer might even backout of the bet not wanting to hurt her. He was feeling very guilty when she said she trusted him. M, P and Sammer are shocked themselves about the revelation in the promo. He knows she is pissed off with him for playing with her feelings but he doesn't seem to be on the path of being in love with Naina yet.😕 From the promo, he seems still far away from LOVE. Just because he is guilty doesn't mean he loves her also.😕

Here, many forum members (including me) talked about why the bet has to stretch in order for Sameer to get more close to Naina, the void that Naina will fill in for him. After which the revelation would have made him realize his feelings for Naina. He just doesn't seem to be there at the moment. Maybe many more incidents happen in the trip which brings him to understand her better. He is definitely feeling sorry for hurting her feelings. He likes her as a friend now unlike earlier. There are definitely some things he appreciates about her and understands her better.

What is it that will change Sameer and get him to LOVE Naina the way she does ?

- Another girl in Sameer's life 😉: He compares this girl to Naina, inner beauty vs outer beauty ?

- Another boy in Naina's life😉: makes him jealous ?

- Seeing Naina hurt and his own guilt ?

- Missing all the goodness of Naina, how she cared for him ?😳

- Others: Please specify. 😊

In terms of lovers, they have long way to go..

There is an improvement in Sameers behavior. First he started feeling guilty for hurting her. The small moments like sharing family things, Naina's care for him and trust, the way she said yesterday that she will shout at him lovingly. She had made a place in his heart as a good and loving person. But yes it is not love. Their story has just started. If they show them being in love like romeo juliet only after 3-4 months it doesnt make sense.

Same for Naina. For her, it just started as a crush. But now she started appreciating him as a person (even if it is fake). She also needs to learn many things about Sameer.

So both are at different places in the path of love but both have not reached destiny yet. I don't see true love phase yet.

I think it will be his bad behavior vs her good behavior...will make him feel guilty ...but more than all this ...he will miss her care , attention and affection which he had never got in his life...he might have had girl friend/s ...but I don't they were like Naina...

They might not have showed us that these two regularly talk to each other but after the scooter incident it is obvious...Sameer telling his friends that her fathers scooter is more like a family...how did he get to know that ...so this means they do have regular conversations...he tells her that when he feels lonely he listens to song and sleeps ...but now its her soothing voice that is bringing him that peace he needed in his life...

What I am eager to know is ...will he win the bet or would she come to know abt this from someone else.. 😕

Excellent point...ye how did he know about the scooter being family...so they meant to show that they do talk regularly about their lives to each other only it's not shown...also when he says your family is my family...I am sure he meant that coz now he knows who and also how everyone in Naina' s family is...coz of their regular convo I guess...yup he sure as hell is gonna miss all that now..Sameer you are so on trouble now!

About love it's still time to it but I like the story progression so far hence I am sure the makers will bring it at the right time...I have a feeling it's the jealous angle for Sameer as today's interview with them on YouTube Naina was saying my friends and my honewale friends...it was a mystery why she said that but there is a big surprise in store for us and is being kept hidden I guess.:)

Yes, there is an improvement in the way Sameer sees her now. He treats her like his friend unlike before where he thought she can never be anyone's friend but just a tattle teller and a teacher's pet. When Naina herself said in yesterday's episode that she is also yaaron ka yaar he was like, really ? He doesn't want to lose her as his friend.

@bold: I have a strong feeling she has come to know from someone else unknown to Sameer. Seeing Sameer's guilt in yesterday's episode and also seeing his reaction in the promo, I don't think he won the bet. There was no happiness or celebration on winning the bet from his side.

OR does he win the bet and then is sad seeing her hurt ? 😕

You really think they have had other conversations apart from what they have shown ? 😲I don't think so. If that was the case, there should have been more informality in their relationship which is not seen. They are not that close yet.

I think its going to be someone entering Naina's life who will be close to her that would make him jealous...that would make him realise the meaning and importance of her in his life...I wish that happens soon...😃

Along with that maybe her bad condition and his guilt after she knows about the bet would make him change to become a better person...hope to see him becoming a genuine lover boy😃

Just had a thought... This heart break promo might not have anything to do with the bet...

In one of the IVs Naina said something about her friends n would be friends..

We have seen how possessive SAMEER is.. even when he is faking love... Now since he has started liking n respecting Naina, he might not be able to see Naina being friends with someone else .. gets jealous.. n blurts out something, dats enough to hurt Naina...

This can be a wild guess.. but til day, the makers have always tried misleading the audience.. they make us believe something is going to happen, n something quite different happens in the show..

The original synopsis said the hearbreak begins the transformation and penance of Sameer.

Once trust is broken it is impossible to get it back together. What all Sameer will have to do will be interesting to watch.
