I think loosing Naina's care, attention n luv..along wid some new entry..wud change Sameer!!

On seeing what he's lost bcz of his stupidity n someone else trying to get all dat..he wud decide to change himself n become worthy of Naina's luv

Even I think it's not bet for which naina is heart broken.I guess Sam n his gang will hurt her pyare papa knowingly or unknowingly.Even though it has only 1 percent chance I still believe this would be d reason.

This can be a wild guess.. but til day, the makers have always tried misleading the audience.. they make us believe something is going to happen, n something quite different happens in the show..

Whatever it is, he has done something that Naina is heartbroken and she needs to come out of her bubble.

Nice analysis and assumptions dixie

I guess it will be a series of things that will change Sameer:

Firstly the guilt of hurting a girl who cares and trusts him so much..

Secondly he will miss all the wonderful things Naina did for him...from knitting a sweater to cooking to lying for him..after hurting her Naina would obviously stop doing things for him ...he won't be her centre of gravity atleast for a while

And then may be some guy's entry in her life would make him uncomfortable and jealous..which will make him realize his feelings strongly..
