May be it's Arjun's plan. Because this way he somehow can help his family. Babasa's condition is much better, he can live like a normal person. Also Kakima and Chinni may go back to their home (I think Jia will let them go so that they can know what exactly happened to Arjun). And this time Nisha can't do anything, she has to agree with Arjun. So this way it looks like it's his plan. But if he was so smart, why didn't he do something like this before (instead of going to Nisha and confronting her).

90% I am sure that it's Arjun's plan. Nisha wants property so for purpose she will do everything. And Arjun will take advantage of that & bring Kakima & Chinni. But I really felt bad for Jia.
