just out of curiosity,wanted to to know ,after juhi's truth out will Vidyut file a case against Avneil for kidnapping Mishti,as now Neil is going to do.

The only way for AvNeil to be saved from kidnapping charges is coz of Majboor Ma's statement LOL, that her kid was being held hostage by VR and also kid gives statement that he always scared her and intimidated her and never loved her. Made her call him Sir etc. So the child abuse angle is the only way AvNeil can be exonerated from taking the kid from VR. They were "saving a child from a Father who was not giving her a loving environment and was emotionally abusing her etc.

No I don't think so because that will be a valid case which can lead to both Neil and Avni's imprisonment. Then there can be no way that they can be proved innocent as their claim that they abducted Mishti as Juhi fooled them in believing her to Neil's child will be easily dismissed.

The main reason why this case won't happen is because vidyut would be an idiot to file a kidnapping case against avneil for his daughter who is terrified of him due to his abuse. He would know that by filing a case with his daughter at the centre of the case would only risk his abusive nature towards mishti coming out to the world. He's not an idiot to make such a blunder.

But abducting a child from their parent is a serious charge, even if it is the "Other" parent doing so. In this case Juhi did it with the help of AvNeil.

What I understood from the discussions here is that if Vidyut decides to file a case against AvNeil then there will be a lot of chaos around it, whole drama will shift to courtroom and again audience will get bored so its better cvs don't think about it😆

At the end of the day it' true that NEIL HAS MISUSED HIS POWERS FOR THE SAKE OF HIS EX GF AND HER DAUGHTER.
