I guess since Vikas is bi so Pri's parents must be worried for him. Not judging them but everyone is not open minded in this respect. Vikas looked hurt since he does care for Priyank and but since Priyank is here to prove a point that he is not gay & somehow holds Vikas responsible for the news, it did hurt Vikas a lot IMO.
I truly hope they are not in a relationship I love Vikas too much to see him date a person like Priyank. Having said I totally agree with you that Priyank seems to be on a mission to prove he's straight and the more he does it the more obvious it looks.
It's funny because Priyank is the same guy who said if he's gay then he would have proudly accepted it in interviews but it could also be as you said difficult to come out in a country like ours. Also it's a liar like Priyank who we have seen could lie with confidence and without any remorse in the past.
