He is not older either. Coz, Avni as a kid was 12. Neela said it hundreds of times, that she was 12 when she was shot. 15 years leap. Avni was 27 after leap. After a year of marriage, Avni should be 28ish. So Neil is either 27 or 28. Younger or equal. Not older.
