When she had gone down on her knees and proposed him for marriage he came down on his knees as well.

Today when Karthik goes on his knees to put the ring, Naira goes on her knees as well.

Even last time I found this thing of both going down on their knees beautiful and touching and even this time, as it shows their equality that if one bends the other one will too. That he is no greater than her and she is no bigger than him.
