I think it's that ved that treated Rahul at the start that threw the note cause other time he was outside when everyone went into the temple and the priest got the note about closing the temple for a day.

The little girl Minti didn't die because the dog that was used for killing had escaped , it was outside the temple at that time when minti was inside. Manoj had seen the dog right before he died outside the temple. In the next episode it was shown that people were searching for the dog that had escaped. So, minti didn't die bcos the killer dog was not inside the temple at that time

Yes, he did say that. The viewers only saw the dog. It's a mystery whether he really saw kal bhairav or someone dressed as kaal bhairav.

of course I think it's some one dressed as Kaal Bhairav
but I wonder why the same person saved Rahul in his dream
or did Rahul see the real Kaal Bhairav in his dream
