Verbal slurs and instigations are not taken seriously most of the times. Well the situation is not as blown up by media. Cases have been filed against those who could be booked under CrPC. The strong leaders cannot be put into jail by any Govt.
Bhansali broke the rules and screened the movie without the CBFC certification. He himself wants to incite controversy and when the movie flops then blame it on rajputs. If a section of society is feeling insulted or humiliated then why is it difficult for him to address those concerns? See if the community worships Padmavati why does Bhansali want to hurt those sentiments and the regard for the Rani? WHY? The state is on everyone's side- which includes the Rajputs.
Bhansali even distorted Devdas, so his past actions themselves create doubt.
Criminal intimidation is a crime and each one of these crooks fall under it. So they are all supposed to be behind bars. They are not even strong leaders, they are just party members and the government can very well take care of them. I don't think even big leaders gets to give threats like these and get away with that.
No he didn't that was clearly a private screening and not public. That too when CBFC decided to stall the movie and refuse to give a certificate. Had they cleared the certification or seen the movie and stated the problem with the movie this wouldn't have happened. The kerni sena is who want to incite controversy to get their group popularised. What I fail to understand why can't bjp expose them. A section of the society cooks up fabricated stories that has no basis and cries about their sentiments and then moves to instigate others on the same fabricated lies and the film maker is supposed to be held responsible for that? What was CBFC made if not to take care of sentiments. They could have just demanded the CBFC to take care of their sentiments while censoring the movie. The government who is anways on their side would have definitely taken care of it.What is the whole point of giving threats to murder him and put a bounty on his head?
Devdas is a fictional story, There are thousand plus distorted adaptation of that story already.
