Is Priyanka Chopra getting the same amount for performing at an award

Priyanka Chopra is coming to India in the
month of December for a brief period. There
are still no reports of the actor signing any
Bollywood movie but there are rumours that
she might perform at an award show to be
held in the city.
As per reports in a leading tabloid, Priyanka
is getting a whooping INR 12 crore for a
half hour medley performance. She will be
performing on her popular Bollywood and
International tracks at the show.
But that's a huge remuneration for a dance
performance. In comparison to that, if
reports are to be believed Deepika is making
the same amount for her as Rani Padmini in
Padmavati.
Now, that comes as a huge shocker given
that Deepika is getting INR 11-12 crore for a
three-hour film while PeeCee is making it
just for a dance performance.

entertainment portal, when asked about
what was the one thing she could do in
Hollywood that she can't do in Bollywood,
Priyanka revealed, " Nothing! At all, actually.
The only thing that I think I get as an
advantage in America vis--vis India is...for
example, A Kid Like Jake. The movie that I'm
doing...the lead cast is Claire Danes and Jim
Parsons. But, it's such an incredible story.
It's based on a play, it's a first time director.
It's about a 4-year-old child who has a
gender crisis and the parents don't know
how to deal with it. He wants to be Rapunzel
instead of Spider-Man. How the school
reacts and I'm the neighbour whose son
doesn't have gender issues and they are
friends. You have people like Octavia
Spencer. You have such incredible actors
who have come together just to do 4 or 6
scenes. That's the only thing that I miss in
India."
