I am a Vikas supporter but I think he lost it in the end today. After such a brilliant mastermind game yesterday, why did Vikas interfere in the game today at the last?

When Bandagi and Hiten were standing, he could have let Luv and Puneesh fight over whoever gets to go first. If Puneesh goes, he would have bought down Hiten. So Puneesh and Bandagi in captaincy task- a win win for Vikas.

If Luv went, he would have bought down Bandagi so Luv and Hiten in the captaincy task. Most likely Hiten would have won that so again a win-win.

Why did he go out and do all the complications? He should have at least let Puneesh go out so that Luv would have been out of the contendership!

Thought? Did I miss anything?

I think he thought by choosing Bandi he wll be free from the promise he gave them in cushion task and egg task. Hiten friend hai toh usko samjhalega and he will have three people on their side with no promises to keep anymore.

Anyway, Hiten has way more fans so he does not need captaincy right now. From gamer's pov correct decision but lots of emotional audiences lost respect for Vikas today because of this betrayal.

Overthinking the matter😆

He wanted to save both Bandagi and Hiten but the way he choose to do that didn't work.

As I discussed in my own thread, Vikas probably holds a grudge against hiten for not having supported him against Shilpa's harassement..He was pointing that out to hiten in the afternoon, that he had to turn her around by his acchai and nobody helped him. Bandagi and Punish supported him in the cushion task that helped him in removing the 'ban on captaincy' imposed by BB and he had promised to return the favour.
