See I will stand by the fact that like he has his side of the story so does she. She mentioned it even this week (in an uncut) that he doesn't know her full side of the story, to which he agreed. The case wasn't as simple as unprofessionalism. There were many more layers which actually involved the shows producers more than Vikas.
This was after which both agreed that they would resolve and talk about her side of it all when they left the house. So for this, good on them đ (Link to Video:

).Because of this, I've realized she's actually not specifically bitter towards Vikas, it's more like the entire production/administraiton team surrounding the show. And what Vikas's position stands for in the industry. That's why she mainly refers to him as "Inn LOGON ne"/and his "powers"" when she's talking about the fiasco. I think that's wrong to make him a bali ka bakhra but she thinks she has no other choice, he's the closest one. đ Basically when she spoke up about the harassment/contract issue the executives of the show (producers especially) isolated her from the industry. Overnight, it was her v. entire industry for 1.5 years. It's this animosity towards the producers/executives that fuel her. And he actually did replace her upon the producers request after meeting with her once. During that meeting he had called he saying "I want meet with you Shilpa ji because I can't hear your complaints"" to which I think she flipped during the meeting and firmly wanted to quit. Because she didn't expect her coworkers to throw her under the bus. Vikas wasn't really involved in these small aspects and if the producers of Bhabi ji were on this show, I'm sure her wrath would actually be focused on them and not Vikas. đ They were the actual ones ruining her career as she says.
Again this doesn't justify her doing all that just because Vikas represents the same industry that isolated her. But I feel that's her POV. And after this conversation she seemed to have some kind of reconciliation of sorts as she would finally be able to present her side. So I actually won't judge her for anything other than her harrasment because Vikas hasn't either. He understands. So I'm banking my hopes that after today she WON'T FLIP and she won't harass him like she has done many times. However, if she does, I can genuinely say she's lost my support. Because Vikas has always wanted to handle this situation with genuine communication (unless of course, this was all scripted by them)đ.
As for what you said about this post, I completely agree. It makes me question why on earth did Vikas have to be such a goddamn gentleman? He would have never opened the doors for people to make such postsđđ. I knew what he said in innocence was going to be used against him. This forum won't leave him in peace either way! đđ
