Whose over pregnancy they have shown either the kid is in danger from the family or it ends up in a miscarriage..

It depends on how much the CVs want to drag the soap.
If RajPreet consummate and if the CVs have a leap in mind, then yes, they would have babies. Most probably twins 😉
If they simply want to cause another MU between the leads, then a miscarriage.
