What Sameer tried to do was unexpected, even I was shocked! Arey yeh keya! The narrator said "yeh un dino ki baat hai jab kiss was wrong"...wrong...even now that is not accepted. Sp school kids don't do this. Bf/gf , lovers may do that after a long relationship. Kiss is not accepted till they call themselves "couple". 2 din ki friendship mein toh kabhi nehi. That was an idiotic thing from Sameer. The slap he got was well deserved. Today's girls would do that too. But today/90s girls would not also accept "medicare" from a boy who is not considered as a lover, they will never demand from a friend not to kiss another girl. If Naina's friendship is so pure...why she is doing this hypocrisy? This is absolutely not 90s behavior. This is her and her family's( Naina+Rakesh+Arjun) problem. Their behavior is funny. "Give everything to us, but don't expect anything from us. We can insult you, demand loyalty from you too no matter what we are. But you can't. ...because we are sanskari." Neither Naina is sanskari, nor her Dad or Arjun. They are just hypocrites.
If this was purely friendship then she shouldn't hide this, she shouldn't take "Medicare" from a friend( who takes that from a friend sp when the friend is a boy?"), she shouldn't call him to Mandir and make him hide behind the cow. She should tell everyone that they are friend. No this is not 90s problem. Still now there are girls like her and families too. So can't accept this as 90s behavior.
Sameer has mannerism problem...in fact that was completely gawar type for him trying to kiss like that. As I've mentioned I was shocked!!! But Naina also gave him chance, she provoked him..."I don't want you to kiss Swati"...then she wanted to work as Juliet in that drama-------any stupid boy will think she wants a kiss in her hand. So it was her problem too. No one is innocent.
And this is not 90s problem or 2017s problems. Idiots live in all era. With that I strongly disagree with the narrator...they have no idea about 2017 ...no girls will allow that till now, and only uncultured/idiots/gawars will try to kiss that way to a girl...with whom he has just become friends. Slap was right but Naina was a hypocrite.

thats why the voiceover said that present day kids won't understand her behaviour will think its an exaggeration. That was what she was taught at home, school everywhere. Thats how she is. Even before she used to get disgusted at shefali's talks about dates, boyfriend such stuff.

As a 90s era kid i totally understand the whole matter but i hv question if Holding hand or kissing is big thing so calling someone in day or night and playing song for him when he was totally unaware of this... isko kya bolte h 90s sanskar... hmmm hypocrisy much...forget abt 90s era if in present time if u call someone and plays song for him/her...so kaisa lagta h? Kya bologe..yes bologe.. iska to chatr hi asia hoga..asie kon karta h? Sab pe line marte hoga/hogi.

But after seeing today's episode' last part I feel Naina is also going on Rakesh's path now...

If she calls him by stealing his no., if she complains about swati's homework, manipulates swati by showing its wrong for your family reputation whereas inside she had those intentions of not having Sameer kissing swati in all these things she is considered right as everything is fair in love and war

Where are her sanskaars now? Where are her sanskaars who loves the truth, is she revealing about Arjun's reality of paper stealing?

On top of it she is telling her friends in precap that Sameer stole papers and all, bringing up that topic after knowing the truth

Well if that is the case he case it is a war from Sameer's side too so even that should be fair (although I still don't like him playing with her)

But here if she does all mentioned stuffs she is in live whereas if someone else does anything then it's sanskaar bhashan!

She should understand that she should stop being judgemental about him like her father

Nowadays I feel swati and other girls are better at least they accept their feelings for him and are open about it

Sorry guys No offense to anyone, I have not turned some anti naina because I love their love story but I think now cvs should show that she is not talking from both sides

P. S - I really like the way they are growing Sameer's character, he took a stand for himself rather than a mind game and straight forwardly said - yeh kya tum aur tumhare papa baar mujhe mere sanskaaro pe judge karte rehte ho?

That had guts rather than playing with someone's feelings. 😊
