This is all BB's manipulation. I believe they got the candidates for captaincy, they wanted Akash and Bandagi in it .

They somehow wanted the other grp to be penalised and so this was done. I mean , its the BB house, you play by his rules and his rules can change based on whom he wants to protect, whose image they want to show as negative.

In the end, it was no one and everyones fault but the game is actually played by BB and the creative team who manipulate the footage based on how much money they get from each contestant and whom do they see as top 5
