I think he is no longer angry for what she did. He doesn't talk about teaching her a lesson, or even about Rakesh sir anymore . Now he is doing this for his ego and to protect his hair. He doesn't love her enough to sacrifice his hair (at least not yet). Ab bet laga li hai toh apni izzat rakhne ke liye poori karni pad rhi hai.

Sorry se kuch bhi fix nhi hota..but har bet lagane wala sorry bhi to nhi hota..n Naina's heartbreak will not be healed easily..a sorry wud do nothing!!
