So I saw this video of dirty secrets in hw and I just thought, bw is probably not any different. Maybe even worse.

So to some up the video in case you don't watch it, it talks about these topics:
The paparazzi swindle Basically it means that celebs call the paparazzi to click their photos, and then their photos get sold to gossip and media outlets. This means celebs are getting paid to have the paparazzi take their pics, exploit them and publish things in magazines and other media outlets.

The pay gap This one is simple. Women are generally paid less than the male co-stars. That isn't always true, but it happens more often than not.

Exploitation
In the video, it talks about children getting exploited for their parents personal gain, or being a threat to some sexual predator. In other cases, celebs and other stars get exploited or harassed by other people behind the scenes. There have been whispers in the air of who does what in Bollywood, but no real concrete evidence has really come out in the open.

Racism
I believe in Bollywood, this is such a huge thing today! In America there is a lack of diversity sometimes in films or what is being portrayed truthfully. In bw media, I have seen and read many racist statements people make against stars who are dark.

Animal cruelty
Pretty obvious, animals aren't always treated so sweetly as they are portrayed in films and other media.

'fixers'
Fixers are basically like a PR team or some legal team. They fix your image and try to keep the bad and ugly things of a celeb under wraps, or some how make sure it's completely hidden. This helps with the image of a celeb but, sometimes things can "leak" and come back to bite them.

I believe this is more common knowledge rather than secrets.
