Hi,
I'm silent reader making my first post, thoroughly agreed on different perspective and character sketch shared

My views are strictly in Meenu Mudgal court case
Rape was confirmed by opposition lawyer and police
Victim has framed RR in rape charges and he agreed to left her secretary in farmhouse
Her face seemed scared when police wanted to interrogate only possible when she was in the verge of hidding something intricate
When Meenu saw the Raichand car she was legit scared and went into different direction
A feeling of tranquility when he saw the man coming outside the car, smiled but wasn't aware that the person is going to kill her
RR subtle smile and her hidden meaning as if he is casually speaking rather than confirming with Kabir
mar gayi
ek secretary ko marne mein kitna time lagta hai
As per court hearing:
Kabir grandentry they both were planning and manipulation Raichand for power and was threatening further so bf killed her is absolutely without logic

Somewhere Ranveer is interlinked with Meenu Mudgal rape and murder mystery and does have an inkling who has done it or he is himself involved in murder if not rape

This is interesting because Meenu's reports confirmed rape. And rape isn't torn clothes or bleeding forehead, it's much worse than that. So does that mean Meenu and her boyfriend changed her reports? Or she was really raped but by someone else? In the first episode, when she's thrown out of the car, a biker comes. Maybe he was hired by Meenu's boyfriend to actually molest her so that the rape is confirmed and Ranveer is acquited for that? 🤢
And her boyfriend killed her, dressed in Ranveer's clothes, for what? Money? If Ranveer landed in jail for Meenu's murder, how could Meenu's boyfriend extract money from him?
😕
Ps. I don't believe Ranveer, or Kabir for that matter, is linked to Meenu's rape or murder.

This case is very crooked, makers have done a fine job to keep thrill surfing.

Archaal's case never made sense. She accused a man in police custody to be the murderer. She accused police of taking bribes without proof. Polices wont take this lightly. In the real world you cannot just say in court police are
corrupt(even if they are) and expect court to accept that. Archaal needed to show proof of how Ranveer escaped from jail. Her case was very sloppy.

I am no lawyer but I am a Perry Mason fan.

Aanchal's case was laughable.

Her arguments were illogical, all her evidence was circumstantial and the footage she obtained was inadmissible in court as it was acquired illegally.

I don't know what the standard of proof is in India, but there is no way that Ranvir could be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on the basis of Aanchal's sketchy evidence.

It was a joke of a case. The courtroom was a joke in itself; there wasn't even a jury.

I have this wild theory that this entire case was concocted by Ranvir. I don't think he raped or murdered the victim, but he did arrange for it to happen.

In Episode 4 (I think), Ranvir is seen talking to his father about some 2000 crore deal that they were supposed to sign. He then claims that they're going to use this publicity to demand 4000 crores instead, to clean up their mess.

Well, what if that was the motive all along?

It's not unheard of. There are many cases where people burn down their own businesses to claim insurance money. In the same way, Ranvir could afford to put his reputation on the line if it means that they can make more money.

Under that cool, calm facade, Ranvir is a mastermind. I don't think even Kabir would know if Ranvir came up with this entire plan to double their profit. Kabir's reactions were too genuine.

Ranvir didn't expect to meet such opposition in the form of Aanchal though, which almost threw a spanner in the works.

Well I guess about Aanchal's case,I feel that there is something bigger to it. After having her character exaggerated so big, loosing a case like this and bringing baseless arguments doesn't really go well. For sure there is something on Aanchal's side which stays a mystery.

About Ranvir being involved,I am sure there is something onto him as well. Being the mystery he is,surely won't let go things so easy.
