Vikas and Shilpa fight is the main plot this year, when you hear their stories you can easily say that Shilpa was wronged by Vikas, Shilpa has such hatred for this man because he is the reason she had no work for 2.5 years, this is justified and as a human you sympathize with Shilpa because history has been a spectator to power destroying people and ruining their lives. After all this emotion there's one more thing called "The Truth", we don't know the complete truth but if you go by things which happened after Shilpa's replacement from the show.
The Question is "Why was Shilpa replaced?"
Shilpa is an amazing actress, Vikas has praised her for her acting skills and comic timing, her character Bhabhiji was one of the most popular character from the show, it was basically backbone of that show, why would a producer Vikas Gupta replace Shilpa Shinde, who's an amazing actress and USP of his show?
Fact is that Vikas Gupta was not the producer, he was head of the channel, so decision of replacing Shilpa was not his, he is just an employee of the channel, who had to tell Shilpa in a meeting that he has to let go of her.
Shilpa's show was always high in TRP when she was part of the show, after her exit TRP has decreased, I don't think producers are stupid enough to replace an actor who's basically USP of their show, then what?
They weren't raising her fee - Producer said that Shilpa had signed a contract stating she can't raise her fee before 2 years of the show, yet in one year they were compelled to raise her fee twice. Shilpa in her interview with news anchor Dibang from ABP news stated that they were offering her 2x fee, but she wanted to work in her terms and condition.
That's fair enough, if you don't like something you quit it that's quite understandable.
But Shilpa was banned from television - There's interview of Shilpa saying she was getting a lot of offers after the show and she refused, including Kapil Sharma Show and a show in Dubai, later she gave one more interview in which she said "Koi kisiko ban nahi kar sakta".
Shilpa filed cases against producer's husband, CINTAA and other organizations, Shilpa blamed her co-actors for not supporting her, in all those years, I have never seen an interview from Shilpa mentioning name of Vikas Gupta.
Vikas might be a horrible person, I don't know anything about him, but I don't think he is responsible for Shilpa's career in anyway, he is just a prey to her antics.
