Its due to lack of good options..Compared today's situation to 90s/2000 decade..We had so many options when it came to good looks/talent/screen presence/beauty..so much that many deserving ones didnt get due..This is the worst phase of talent pool in BW as far as I am concerned...It has shrinked so much comp to some yrs back..Ek zamaana tha u used to stan multiple actors and now u TRY SO HARD to like atleast one.

In all honesty Ranbir is the only complete actor in this generation..The nuances he bring about in characters are distinct and unique..But he misses a hell lot of charisma compared to Khans in 90s..Especially for someone grown up watching SRK/Salman in 90s,Ranbir's presence is kinda lull..he cant romance as well as SRK and action in Besharam was badd..Then there is Ranveer who I believe is totally director's actor.I didnt like any of his performances in SLB movies.But I wont deny his talent due to BBB and Lootera.Wish I could see that Ranveer more than the wannabe DDD/BM.Coming to Sid,I knew he is limited but idiotic me expected him to improve like PC.DP with time..I thought he is holding back cos of outsider agony and shy nature..Another big factor had been that he seemed been very less attention seeking compared to other 2 debutantes of SOTY.But ofcourse all of it changed after 2014,he has been milking his flings to gain mileage in media and no improvement whatsoever even after getting chances after chances.So finally gave up on him.He is indeed male Katrina Kaif.Someone HAS to teach him and all other X gen actors being intense doesnt mean giving a bland stare or being constipated😆

Same goes for female actresses.Alia Bhatt is hailed as Meryl Streep because the other subsidiaries are as worse as Kriti Sanon(No I dont think she is fairly talented or good looking..average in everything just gievn extra credit cos she is outsider),dull screen presence waali Yami gautam,Diana Penty,Shradha,wood Athiya and plethora of starkids abt to debut who aint showing any spark.Katrina also get offers despite her losing entire beauty appeal and acting degradation with every movie...She still gets to work with superstars coz she is the only option as they dont wanna wprk with Sonam or Sonakshi..Poor those actresses in 90s/2000 like Sonali,Mahima,Urmila,Amrita rao,Lara Dutta,Sushmita,Ayesha & many more...Most of them were more talented than the heroines today,but how many opportunities they got to prove themselves?..were written off after 2 movies from Alist..those days even popular ones like Priety lost her career as soon as she delivered 3 flops in a row😕

BW has regressed so much that many members here overhype even average South actors as the greatest...I dont agree TV actors today are any better..they are even more expressionless and bland..interested in gymming sessions than working on acting skills..They had talent during Rajeev/Iqbal/Ronit phase not now..BW needs a reinvention..Somehow I finds it hard to believe its due to nepotism God kjo blocking all avenues..If u mean the Vicky Kaushal/Jim Sarabh types,they are only going to be good for niche movies like Abhay Deol..We need full fledged mainstream talents to blossom like khans or Akshay.

I guess TM saw a different film or different version, He is pretty good in Ittefaq . He emoted really well in some of the scenes. He looks so yummy
