When nanu was saying that there should be some one like naina for him and she is a good girl... he was just laughing accepting that what he saying was right...he too inside know that she is a good girl...his reaction will not be this if he really hates her...
One thing also should be noticed that even though naina did all this to him he has never hated her...
That's a positive sign of his behaviour that he is really good at heart... he really forgot about the insults instead only doing all these for bet that too because of majboori...he only remembered that when yesterday naina asked him for help...
when he was acting with his friends also he said... usme naina ki Kya galthi hein...usne wahi kaha jo usne dekha.... even though that was acting...his words were real...he knew she did it out of majboori to save father...
Even though he is acting, his behaviour is changing but he is unaware ..... and someone like an elder would notice it quickly.... and that's the reason nanu asked sameer whether she is special for him...he is getting the point
Sameer was reacting as if nanu was praising the girl whom he likes and he is enjoying it... one can never have such expressions if we don't like that person...
Also when nanu said woh special hein...he said she is dost...also when he said.... waise ladki achi hein...Tere liye aise tez dimaag wali ladki sahi hein.... he didn't react to this instead saiid... dimag tho mera bhi tez hein...what does that mean...he is really enjoying everyone coupling them....also he don't react when munna and pandith say that...also his smile during that conversations...kuch aur hi boltha hein...
And when sameer said that mein aapko poore dil se thank you bol raha hu... what is the need for him to thank him wholeheartedly that too making nainas family happy...😳😳
Sameers main problem is that he have many people around him to share his happiness like nanu and munna and pandith...but he actually needs someone to share his grief...his anger... he doesn't even share his grief and pain with nanu.😭😭
So naina will be the only person with whom can share his pain and also he can get angry with her to some extent...becoz naina will never react like his mother does ... she will tolerate his anger and pyar too...
As far as I guess his liking towards naina started when she started to teach him...her intelligence and smartness has really attracted him... after all kaun attract nahi hota...but unfortunately that was shadowed by the rude behaviour of her father...
So here sameer is not a bad boy even though he pretends to be one...the only problem with him is that no one understands him...and only a very good and understanding girl like naina can remove the mask of being bad boy from sameers face...
The only mistake he is doing is that the bet..but that is bound to happen...becoz if not in that way...he also will never happen to see the other side or the real naina who is under the mask of padaku and behenji according to him...
