Sometimes i think CVs completely forget that Neil has had a liver transplant.
People with such transplants have to remain on medication long term to prevent rejection.

They show Vidyut's need for insulin but they forget to show how much life adjustments and daily medications these liver transplants patients have to take care of.

yes its true, Neil is a super cop.
that is why.

But sometimes i feel that these serials show some reality for education purposes.
I had liked that scene where avi was trying to feed apples to neil and give him medication.
That scene was romantic but it made sense to me from the medical aspect.

Hindi daily soap mein logic?! Lolmax but seriously of they even did little research they would realise that if they are showing vidyut becoming hypoglycemic, he needs glucose not insulin! Insulin overdose especially if you skip a meal will kill you! Dimaag Ghar pe rakh ke hi dekhna! If by chance there's some instances with plot continuity, episode is well paced and some logic is used then just enjoy the miracle!

yes you are absolutely right.
When they feel weak and dizzy like that they usually need glucose as they have not eaten well after taking their regular dose of insulin..
I thought of the same thing when they showed that scene.

Your right! They get Medical facts wrong all the time. It's treated as almost a joke on ITV. If you see any logic at all you need to enjoy the moment coz you dont know when you will see that again! Lol. NK is actually better than most ITV shows is presenting things logically! Small mercies I guess!

You are right! People who undergo organ transplant take immunosuppressants throughout their life to avoid rejection of the organ by their own immune system! And as someone already mentioned, people who are diabetic have a high risk of hypoglycaemia , so they usually carry some food items which give them instant glucose especially while traveling. Now similarly this whole track is a mess without logic. Now if someone like Neil, who is well versed with law and order can kidnap Mishti from her legal guardian, you can't expect any logic from cvs 😆
