Thank you for posting this.

I like that they are releasing extended promos for each episode.

Sharanya's parents- Somehow, I don't think they're doing any hera pheri. Maybe her dad doesn't remember/know Shiv was there too 'cause he was unconscious. Sharanya met Shiv but has no memory of it and her dad was not conscious to witness it.

I think Shiv saved her from the truck/car that was speeding towards her.

If you notice, the one whose expressions are fishy in this promo are Vyom's. Chor ki daadi mein tinka type. Sharanya's parents only look shocked.

Just think over the point, Shiv doesn't has much free time for taking care of a girl whom he supposedly is there for Khoon ka badla Khoon 🤔 Okay yeh point chodo 😳 What was the need for sending flowers to Sharanya? 😛 Shiv is too romantic kisi bhi random ladki ko kuch bhi de dega 🤓

Don't tell me Shiv Deewana nahi hai If Shiv isn't the deewana full of Ishq and junoon toh kaun hai?😲 Mr Rajan Bedi?🤔

Promo is misleading or may be this is Shiv's another trick for pushing Sharanya to that point k woh khud se detective work start kar de,😆
