I didn't see 5th/6th episodes but from writeups, story never said Sharanya flirted with Shiv. Plot showed Vyom & Sharanya as lovers.

Then Vyom entered her life and she began to fall for his charms

I think they both loved each other till the accident took place.

and wanted to break up with Shiv.Shiv refused coz he was madly on love with her but Sharanya broke up anyway.

How do we know that Shiv was madly in Love with Sharanya as Shiv hasn't entered the picture as of now completely?

Though she never wanted him to die.Then Shiv must have set fire to the florist's shop in anger and killed himself along with it.When SharVyom were coming to meet her parents it must have been his ghost who caused the accident.

Pretty much sure, Shiv is not a Villain nor would have set up a Fire to the Florist's shop nor would have done any accident to their Car. I feel Shiv is helping her to recollect her memories & maybe is giving Sharanya a Mental Therapy.

Vyom keeps on saying that this is not his Sharanya.What if he is telling the truth??The Sharanya Vyom had known must have been different from the one Shiv knew.Shiv had known the real Sharanya who loved stargazers.She must have pretended to be a different person in front of Vyom.

Vyom keeps on saying that this is different Sharanya because they both loved each other & they were going to share happy news with their Parents. The way Sharanya is behaving now be it hating/shouting at Vyom etc, any Guy would feel like Vyom when two lovers wanted to happily get married & this unwanted accident happened with his Girlfriend. It's really a Tough Situation.

Till now, we didn't see if Shiv is really a Florist or not & we really don't know what was the story between Shiv and Sharanya. Maybe Shiv, Sharanya and Vyom could have been really good friends/neighbors or Shiv might be a Doctor who is treating Sharanya for her mental condition.

Till now Me Ghost was cool coz she was in a coma.Now when she has woken up perhaps he intends to set the record straight and have her by hook or by crook.Whenever she speaks to Vyom,his possessive side gets triggered.

We have to wait and watch until the story unfolds.
